I like my 5 speed, but sometimes, in traffic, I'd just like to be able to punch the accelerator, point the car where I want it to go, and hold on. I haven't driven a modified TT (stage 3 or higher) with a automatic tranny....am I missing anything ? Does a line controller improve shifting performance enough to make it more fun to drive than a 5 speed ? It seems most Z owner's perfer the Manual even tho the auto runs consistantly better. Now a couple of people are going to chime in saying on the track you have to have the manual ..Again, the auto now is avaiable with the manual valve body and able to hold 800+ hp . .All you have to do is add the paddle shifter and your done..
